Ona Ridgway, NP – Family Medicine

Ona Ridgway, DNP, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and community-based practice.

She provides comprehensive primary and mental health care at Health Solutions, practicing at a satellite clinic embedded within Pathways Family Shelter in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Ona’s clinical interests include integrated behavioral health, preventive care, and addressing social determinants of health through compassionate, patient-centered approaches.

She provides clinical leadership within interdisciplinary teams and contributes to program development aimed at improving access, continuity, and quality of care for underserved populations. 

She is also deeply invested in educating and mentoring future nurses and healthcare providers, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, ethics, and practical application of mental and behavioral health principles in primary care settings. 

She is an adjunct instructor for the graduate nursing program and Colorado Mesa University.
