Health Solutions, an award-winning provider of family medicine and behavioral health services, has opened walk-in clinics in Pueblo and Cañon City, providing a convenient new way for our communities to access high-quality care.
The Health Solutions Family Practice and Walk-In Clinic offers urgent care services, general health checkups, Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, annual wellness exams, child vaccines, pediatric care, chronic condition management, preventive screenings, and more.
The clinic is part of Health Solutions’ recent acquisition of Dr. Richard Rivera’s Primary Care and Walk-In Clinics. For several years, Rivera and his team have been respected providers of family medicine and urgent care services with locations in Pueblo and Cañon City.
This transition marks a new chapter in Health Solutions’ history as its Family Medicine services expand to include walk-in care. The practice operates in two locations:

This transition comes as the clinic’s founder, Dr. Rivera, enters retirement. Dr. Rivera, who has been practicing medicine for more than 50 years, has created a legacy defined by compassion, trust, and community. As he steps into retirement, that legacy lives on. The Health Solutions team is proud to continue providing his high standard of care.
As part of the transition, Health Solutions is welcoming Dr. Rivera’s team to its staff.
