Brooke DeWeese – Perry Hall

Brooke DeWeese, PA-C, is a licensed physician assistant specializing in family medicine who grew up in Pueblo, Colorado. After attending Pueblo County High School and Colorado State University-Pueblo, she earned her physician assistant degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Upon graduating in 2012, Brooke eagerly returned to her hometown to begin caring for patients in her community.

With more than 13 years of experience in family medicine, Brooke remains committed to continuing her medical education, staying current with the latest medical advancements, and providing high-quality, up-to-date care. She has a genuine passion for family medicine and is motivated by the opportunity to care for patients of all ages.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and participating in outdoor activities. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her three children. She is proud to serve the Pueblo community she has always called home.
