Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services
- Patient logs in to patient portal.
- On the home menu, a patient can access their medications within the “Medications” card.
- Prescribed medications can be seen as the following: Current or Past
- Clicking the blue icon next to the medication name will redirect the user to the National Library of medicine for additional information.
- Patient will also be able to request medication refills on Current Medications.
MHP Patient Portal (Mobile)
- Patient logs into mobile myHealthPointe 2.0 application.
- Medications can be seen within the Current Medications tile.
- Clicking the right-hand menu of the application will give two options : More Information & Stopped.
- More Information will re-direct the user to an external source for additional information.
- Selecting the “Stopped” option will remove the med from the portal view and the status will change to stopped for the patient notebook within the patient portal.
- Patient will also be able to request medication refills on Current Medications.

You can download the MyHealthPointe app on your smartphone or tablet through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for “MyHealthPointe,” install the app, and log in using your account information to access your health information anytime.
How to Request Medical Records in MyHealthPointe
- Log in to MyHealthPointe
Go to the patient portal and sign in using your username and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your main dashboard where your account options are listed.
3) Select “Request Medical Records”
Look for a link or button that says something like“Request Medical Records” or“Release of Information.”
Fill out the required information, including what records you need and how you’d like to receive them.
Review your information and submit the form through the portal.
Your request will be received by staff and processed. Requests made through the portal may take a few business days.

Connecting to Zoom with the Link
You will receive a text or email with a link that looks something like this…
– Click on the link “https://zoom.us/j/5827478537 (the number at the end will be unique)
– A screen should come up asking what you want to open it with. You can continue in the web browser.
– After the host starts the meeting, you will be placed in a Waiting Room until they are ready to start your meeting
Meeting Audio and Video Setup
Once you have joined the meeting, you will need to enable your sound. There will be an option to use “WiFi or Cellular Data” or “Dial in”. Click on the first option “Wifi or Cellular Data”…

Often referred to by many different names: Counseling, Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Treatment; whatever you call it, the word tends to refer to a technique that aims to help you identify and change unhealthy emotions, thoughts, and behaviors through having conversations with a mental health professional. Counseling/Therapy can be helpful for a variety of reasons, some signs that you or your child may benefit from it are:
- You feel a negative mood most days.
- You have lost interest in things that you once enjoyed.
- You feel overwhelmed by life, and it’s impacting your mood and daily functioning.
- You feel like you can’t control your emotions.
- You have anxious, intrusive, or racing thoughts.
- You’re eating and/or sleeping habits have changed.
- Certain habits are becoming problematic, such as excessive drinking, drug use, gambling, or other risky behaviors.
- You’ve experienced trauma, such as a car accident, the death of a loved one, or physical or sexual assault.
- You have persistently low self-esteem and self-confidence.
- You’re experiencing persistent issues with relationships, whether it’s with a romantic partner, family member, or co-worker.
- You’re having a hard time dealing with stress related to work, family, or school.
- You’ve been withdrawing from social relationships and/or social activities.
