Sandra Osborne, NP – Behavioral Health

Sandra (she/her) is deeply committed to providing mental health services to those in need, believing in the importance of meeting patients where they are. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a nuanced understanding of various mental health disorders.

With a background in crisis services, forensics, and support for veterans she prioritizes the therapeutic alliance, infusing warmth, respect, and empathy into each interaction.

Sandra strives to create a nonjudgmental space where patients can feel seen and heard. She practices a holistic and integrated approach, believing that fostering a healthy connection between mind, body, and self can significantly enhance the management of challenging emotions.

She has assisted patients in stabilizing on psychotropic medications and navigating complex crisis situations. Her work with forensic clients at the Colorado Mental Health Institute-Pueblo has further informed her practice.

In addition, being a veteran of the United States Army, has provided her with a multidisciplinary perspective on mental health care, emphasizing client advocacy and beneficence as essential goals.
