Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A typical day includes a balance of creative, social, physical, and calming activities. Children explore their feelings through art, build emotional skills through guided lessons, and stay active with movement and gym time. Outdoor play supports sensory regulation and positive peer interaction, while team‑building activities strengthen communication and cooperation. A relaxing snack break helps them recharge, and the day closes with calming mind–body practices to support emotional regulation and a peaceful transition home.
Our after‑school program offers a calm, structured environment that helps children transition from school to home. They receive homework support, enjoy a nourishing snack, and participate in a daily therapeutic lesson focused on emotional skills and healthy communication. Children participate in structured play in the gym or outdoor activities (weather permitting), supporting physical wellness, stress relief, and positive peer interaction.
