Health Solutions Wellness Walk – inspiring communities to stay on the move!

30 minutes every day

Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It can also reduce risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers. Walking can also improve your mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, brain fog, ease depression and boost creativity.

Join us on these monthly Saturday morning 1-mile walks around Lake Elizabeth in beautiful downtown Pueblo. We will meet at the Riverwalk Gazebo on Victoria Avenue at 9AM every first Saturday of the month

Wellness walk in walsenburg
1st Thursday of the month May-October

Take a walk with your neighbors! Join Health Solutions staff the first Thursday every month at 6pm between May and October. 

Where: Meet at the track around the football field near John Mall High School in Walsenburg.

Participants are invited to walk as long as they wish. Our goal is four laps or so, equivalent to a half-hour.
