Substance Use Treatment Services at Crestone Recovery

Crestone Recovery offers comprehensive and affordable outpatient substance use treatment services, including treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use, general outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), relapse prevention, and DUI services. Programs are licensed by the Colorado Division of Behavioral Health. Services are available at a variety of times and days for your convenience. 

Our clinical staff is comprised of licensed mental health professionals and certified addictions counselors. We also offer psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment Program

Our IOP Program is a comprehensive 12–week program that provides at least 9 hours per week of intensive substance use treatment for those who need additional support in their recovery.  We offer gender-specific treatment.
Clinical programming during participation in IOP therapy may include some or all of the interventions below, based on individual client needs.

General Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Program & Recovery Support

General Outpatient Substance Use Treatment

Our General Outpatient substance use program includes many of the same components as our IOP program, but is less intensive, and treatment is between 2-8 hours per week for 6-12 months, depending on individual client needs. This treatment program is also gender specific.

Recovery Support Group

This gender-specific, weekly group is designed for people who have achieved a period of sobriety and would like continued support in their recovery.
