DUI Services
Crestone Recovery offers comprehensive and affordable DUI Education and DUI Therapy Services that are licensed by the Colorado Division of Behavioral Health (DBH). Classes and therapy are available at a variety of times and days for your convenience.
*Please contact us for prices for other services. The Crestone Recovery Program accepts all types of payment including Medicaid, private insurance, credit card, and cash.
Substance Use Treatment Services
Crestone Recovery offers comprehensive and affordable outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services, including treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use, general outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), relapse prevention, and DUI services. Programs are licensed by the Colorado Division of Behavioral Health. Services are available at a variety of times and days for your convenience.
National Health Service Corps
Discounts are available to patients on the basis of income and family size and no patient will be denied care due to inability to pay.
